A letter received from Montana gives a more detailed report of the death of Mr. Seifert, as reported by us last week. The letter state that “He left Maiden in good health on his way to visit his brother in Ohio and reached Great Falls all right, but soon after arriving was taken suddenly ill and continued growing worse until the third day when he expired.” His relatives at Maiden were even absent at his funeral, which was held the 14th inst. As their only means of communication was by stage route and they did not learn of his death until after the interment. Jordan Independent October 23, 1890 p.3, c2
