Marilyn L. Sterling-Ingram, 84, died Feb. 22, 2020, at Kingman.

She was born April 19, 1935 the daughter of Everett and Vada Hudspeth Grubbs. A longtime Kingman resident she was a former SW Bell operator and employee of the First National Bank and Citizens Bank of Kansas.

Marilyn was a member of the Kingman Christian Church and the CWF.

On May 5, 1951, she married Jim Sterling at Council Grove, Kansas; he died June 1, 1999. She married Carl Ingram on Sept. 16, 2006; he died March 28, 2009. Survivors include daughters Kathy Royse and Kim Ziegler and her husband Mike; step-son Bill Ingram; step-daughters Vickie Williams and Karen Simons; brothers Bill Grubbs and Gene Hudspeth; sister Terresa Lydick; 3 grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by an infant brother Gillis; sister Phyllis Sterling; and son-in-law Harry Royse.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with the Kingman Christian Church and the Kingman Community Hospital both in care of the funeral home.
