Anna Nena Turner, 93 of Modesto died April 29, 2007 in her home. She was born August 8, 1913 in Terrell County Georgia, the daughter of Clinton and Rose Alice Tedder Anderson. She married Lester "Dutch" Turner, January 15, 1941 in Florida, and he died in 1986.
She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Barbara Turner of Modesto, a granddaughter Anita (husband, Larry) Bergschneider of Morrisonville, and two great-grandchildren, Clinton John and Anna Lynn. She is preceded in death by her husband, two sons Gerald Clinton Turner, and Larry Wayne Turner, and two sisters, Rosalie Turner and Isabelle Lamb.
She was a homemaker, and enjoyed crocheting, sewing and gardening. She was a member of Modesto United Methodist Church.
Services were entrusted to Neece-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home of Waverly, Illinois
