Survivors also include his daughter, Nancy Ann Lanford; brother, Carroll Edgar Lanford (1904–1969); sisters, Mrs. James, Lucille Lanford Hall, and Mrs. Frank Hunt.
Also predeceased by his brother, Hugh N Lanford (1906–1907); and sister, Marie E Lanford (1910–1910).
Funeral services were held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, November 17, 1956, at J.F. Floyd Mortuary, conducted by Dr. John L. Slaugher; burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
