Raymond P. Ehrmantraut Jr., 66, a retired electrical contractor, died of an aneurysm Jan. 17* at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital.

Mr. Ehrmantraut, who lived in Boyds, was born in Washington, and graduated from Western High School.

He was the proprietor of Ray Electric Co. in Georgetown for about 40 years before retiring in 1985.

He had been a member of the Georgetown Lions Club and the Men's Club at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Georgetown, and most recently was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Barnesville.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Ehrmantraut, and a daughter, Patricia E. Cole, both of Boyds; three sisters, Mary Loretta Hill of Harpers Ferry, W. Va., Miriam Ann Sellers of Silver Spring and Adele M. Lequire of Philadelphia; a brother, Edward A. Ehrmantraut of Manassas; and four grandchildren.
