TOOELE, December 17--Mrs. Sarah Jane Teeples, 54, a former resident of Vernal, died at the home of her brother, Thorit Peck, in this city, last night following a lingering illness from complications.
Mrs. Teeples was born at Mt. Pleasant October 31, 1872, the daughter of Alma M. and Sarah Stock Peck.
Mrs. Teeples is survived by her husband, A. R. Teeples and the following children: Archie of Tooele; Mrs. Iva Hatch and Mrs. Elva Hatch of Vernal; Thorit A. of San Francisco and Floyd of Lapoint. Three brothers, four sisters and fifteen granchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held at the Vineyard Chapel at Provo Tuesday at 12 o'clock noon. The body will be taken to Vineyard Chapel Tuesday morningm where it may be viewed from 10:30 until time of the service. Interment will be in the Provo City Cemetery.

Sarah Jane Peck was the daughter of Sarah Wilkinson Stock and Alma Mattison Peck.
She married Alonzo Randolph Teeples October 3, 1888 in Logan, Utah. They had seven children: Marion Laird Goodrich Teeples, Archie Alonzo Teeples, Frances Harriet Teeples, Thorit Alma Teeples, Ivie Sarah Teeples, Floyd Lee Teeples and Eva May Teeples.
