She is also. She married a second time, becoming Mrs. Judge Crittendon of Griffin, Georgia....Signed: "Mary Beaufort Mathews, daughter of Mary Eleanor Anderson and Dr. William Beaufort Matthews of Ft. Valley, Georgia."

Mrs. Elizabeth M. Crittendon, the only sister of Gen. C. D. Anderson, died at Griffin last Thursday, and the body was interred at Fort Valley Friday morning. She was about seventy years old, a most estimable christian lady. The bereaved ones have the sincere sympathy of their many friends. There can be a blissful re-union on the Eternal Shores.
