Alice C. Lamberti, 100, passed away on April 14, 2020, at Bishop Drumm Care Center.
She was born on February 28, 1920, to Francis and Anna Flaherty in Des Moines.
Alice lived her entire life in Des Moines, graduating from St. Joseph Academy.
She was a wife, mother, and homemaker most of her life.
Alice was very active in her lifelong parish, All Saints. She belonged to the Altar and Rosary Society, Bishop Drumm Guild, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, and Catholic Women’s League.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and husband of 49½ years, Albert Lamberti.
Alice is survived by her seven children, Madonna Gibson (Dick), Diane Phipps (Wayne), Jene Nemecek (Jim), Stephen Lamberti (Terri), Martin Lamberti (Linda), Gregory Lamberti (Judy), and Robert Lamberti (Teri). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held at Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines.
