Mrs. Alma Puffer, wife of George Puffer of West Townshend, died of cancer Dec. 29 in the home of A.J. Parker. Although she lived in town only a short time several years ago her children have been cared for by Mr. and Mrs. Parker. The funeral was held Saturday, Dec. 31, and the burial took place in East Jamaica.
