Funeral services for Mrs. Miranda Winter McKissack, 68, of 1501 Edgehill ave., will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Capers Memorial C.M.E. church, 319 Fifteenth ave., N. The Rev. Joseph A. Johnson and Dr. A. M. Townsend will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Ararat cemetery. Mrs. McKissack, who had been in ill health for about three weeks, died of a heart ailment Wednesday morning at Riverside sanitarium hospital. The body is in William Gunter and Sons funeral home, 1711 Jo Johnston ave.

Mrs. McKissack was president of the Gleaners club Capers church and a member of Fleur de Lis club and the Congenial club. A native of Nashville, she graduated from Fisk university and taught music for two years at Tuskegee institute. She was the widow of Moses McKissack, architect.

Survivors include six sons, Lewis Winter McKissack, Moses McKissack, IV, Lemuel Harlin McKissack, Calvin Arthur McKissack, Samuel Marshall McKissack, and William Deberry McKissack, all of Nashville; five grandsons, six granddaughters.
