Cynthia Walker, 66 of Rushville, passed away on April 1, 2020 in Rush County. She was born on December 1, 1953 in Rushville to the late Raymond and Judith Ann (Jones) Butts. Cynthia married Denny Walker on December 30, 2000 and he survives. She worked at Morristown Manor in dietary for over 20 years. Cynthia enjoyed family time, sewing, and reading the Bible. She will be remembered for the poems she wrote in her spare time.

In addition to her husband, Denny, she is survived by her sons, Larry Welch of Shelbyville and Scott (Heather) Welch of Indianapolis; step-sons, Denny (Melissa) Walker, Jr. of El Paso, TX; daughters, Melissa Hurtado of Greenfield and Lori (Justin) Stephens of Carthage; step-daughters, Brandy (Bob) Young of Morristown and Linda (Brian) Graham of Columbus; siblings, Romona Grider, Sierra Cheek, Angela Butts, Raymond (Carrie) Butts, and Amy Jo Butts. She will also be missed by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Davis in 1998; step-father, Virgil Case, daughter-in-law, Pamela Welch; siblings, Timothy Butts and Robbie Butts.

Services will be held privately for the family of Cynthia. Moster Mortuary is entrusted to the arrangements.
