He is survived by his wife, Dora Holloway Pack; one son, Danny Pack of East St. Louis, Illinois; one daughter, Mrs Richard (Virginia) Goetz of Fairview heights, Illinois; two sisters, Mrs Edith Harrington and Mrs Ethel Lawson both of Brandenburg, Kentucky; one brother, Gus Henry Pack of Brandenburg, Kentucky; one uncle, Claude Pack of Louisville, Kentucky.
