"A.J. ODERMANN, 72, DIES AT HIS RESIDENCE
NEENAH - A.J. Odermann, 72, practically a life-long resident of the Twin Cities, died shortly before 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at his home, 218 Bond street, Neenah.
Born in Menasha, May 18, 1878, he had been employed by Marathon Corporation, retiring in 1946. He was a member of St. Patrick's church.
Surviving are the wife; four daughters, Mrs. Harold Brautigan, Ricker's Bay; Mrs. Edward Tobey, Milwaukee; Mrs. Harold Risse, Neenah, and Mrs. Edward Klahorst, Menasha; two sons, Bernard and Harry Odermann, both of Menasha, and two sisters, Mrs. Frank Ulrich, Neenah, and Mrs. Frances Jarvis, Chicago.
Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 8:30 o'clock at the Kessler funeral home and at 9 o'clock at St. Patrick's church, with the rev. Joseph Ahearn officiating. Burial will be in St. Margaret's cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening from 7 o'clock to the time of the services. The rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock this evening and Sunday evening."
