Everett “Dick” Rackley, age 84 of Jerusalem, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. He was born January 12, 1936, north of Hector on the Bayou to Herman and Ethel Rackley.



He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Ula, Leo and James Rackley.



He is survived by his son, Mitchell Rackley; two grandchildren, Julie & Josh Workman, Shawn Rackley; one great granddaughter, RayLynn Workman; brother, Jarrol Rackley and many nieces, nephews along with family and friends.



Dick was a very proud father, papa and loved his family very much. He worked as a farmer for over 50 years up on the mountain where he called home. He put a lot of pride in raising his purebred Charolais cattle.



Graveside funeral service and burial will be held starting 10:00am Saturday, April 4, 2020 at Nogo Cemetery in Nogo, Arkansas officiated by Jeremy Mathis. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.



Pallbearers will be Shawn Rackley, Dewayne Rackley, Roger Rackley, Robby Workman, Josh Workman and Phil Wise.
