Earl Ozias, 73, of 10117 E. 68th Terrace, Raytown, died Thursday at Research Medical Center. He was born in Lawrence, Kan., and had lived in this area 41 years. Mr. Ozias was a mail carrier before he retired in 1969. He was elded of the Swope Park Christian Church. He was a member of Raytown Historical Society and the Retired Postal Carriers Association. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Anna Ozias of the home; two sons, Arthur E. Ozias, Marshall, Mo., and Robert G. Ozias, Kansas City; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Louise Baughn, Orient, Ohio; a stepson, Royal Prickett, Des Moines; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Floral Hills Chapel; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at the chapel.
