Daniel son of Daniel Sr. and Ruth Wright Woolverton, Married Hannah Chamberlin Daughter of Lewis Chamberlin and Lucretia Woolsey Chamberlin in about 1765. 1775 Daniel served as Captain in the Kingwood TWP Militia during the American Revolution. DAR Patriot # A130332. The 1778 rateable Tax list for Kingwood TWP, Hunterdon County, NJ at the NJ Archives indicates he owned 150 acres of land and 2 horses, 7 head of cattle, and 6 hogs in May of 1778; Feb 1780 150 acres of land and 3 horses, 7 head of cattle and 5 hogs. The children of Daniel and Hannah are Joel William Woolverton, Rachel, Mary, Lewis, Rebecca and John. Archives of the State of New Jersey first series Vol. XXXVII Vol. VIII of Calendar of Wills P.# 260 1786 April 10, Woolverton Daniel of Kingwood, Hunterdon County Int. Adm'x - Hannah Woolverton. Fellowbondsman - Derrick Hogeland; both of said County. 1786 April 21 Inventory, f220.0.9, made but Tunis Quickand Alexander Thompson. I have searched years for the burial information and location for Daniel without success. Because he is on the Kingwood , NJ tax list and his Will was processed in the county I'm certain he is also buried there but where exactly I can not find.
