"Mrs. Burtner's Rites Monday"
LEVELLAND (Special) --- Mrs. J. P. (Mamie) Burtner, 79, of Sand Springs, Okla., a former resident of Levelland and Whiteface, died at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in a Tulsa nursing home following a lengthy illness.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Mobley Funeral Home Chapel in Sand Springs with burial in a Sand Springs cemetery. While in Whiteface, the Burtners operated the City Drug. They moved to Sand Springs in 1963.
Survivors include her husband, J.P.; four sons, Jim, Louis, Jack, and Paul; a daughter, Sarah Lou; and 10 grandchildren.
