Fannie was preceded in death by two brothers: Orville Burchett and Woodrow Akers, two sisters: Bessie Stevens and Annie Alice Castle, and one son: Randy Blevins. She was a member of the Walnut Grove FWB Church.
She is survived by her husband: James Edward Blevins, whom she married May 5, 1936 in Louisa, KY, four brothers: Harold "Dean" Burchett and Julius "Junior" Burchett both of Johnson County, KY, Jesse Henry Burchett of Portsmouth, OH, and Harry E. Burchett of Artesia, NM, one sister: Audrey Dawson, of Van Lear, KY, five sons: James "David" (Mary) Blevins of Boons Camp, KY, Michael Gene (Patricia)Blevins of Wheelersburg, OH, Jimmy Dean (Rosie) Blevins, Ronnie Eugene (Jennifer) Blevins, Anthony Wayne (Norma) Blevins and Robert Nichol (Opal) Blevins, all of Ulysses, KY; two daughters: Barbara Ellen (Billy Joe) Howard and Tammy Sue (Lonnie) Cavins both of Ulysses, KY, a host of beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as, many neices and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at the Walnut Grove FWB Church in Ulysses, KY with burial to follow at the Stevens Cemetery in Lowmansville, KY.
Arrangements will be under the direction of the Preston Funeral Home in Paintsville, KY.
