He married in 1833 to Lydia Roush.
He moved to Bellevue in 1862 and was a miller.

Mr. Henry Kreisher an old resident of this section of the county living some 3 miles S/W of town, died on Thursday eve. He was taken with a stroke of paralysis a few weeks ago, loosing his speech and the entire use of one side of his body, which ended in his death.
Mr. Kreisher was a strong personal friend of this office and his death is felt a loss, since his hearty salutations and words of cheer will be heard no more. He came to this country many years ago, accumulated property by his thrift and industry to make his later years comfortable. He leaves a wife and seven children. His age was 68 years 6 months and 11 days.
The funeral is to be attended today – Saturday at 10 o'clock at the Free Chapel.
