JAMES LEROY ROBINSON, 67, Hiawassee, Ga., died Thursday, Feb. 9. Mr. Robinson was a retired carpenter. Born in South Carolina, he moved to Hiawassee from Orlando in 1991. He attended McConnell Memorial Baptist Church.
