Ramberg, Joyce Marie (Halliwill) Age 81, of Coon Rapids, passed peacefully on Feb. 21. Born in Mount Pleasant, IA. she graduated from Wadena High School in 1948. She lived in Alaska before it became a state and then in Tripoli, Libya before returning to Minnesota. She retired from Prudential Ins. Co. in 1992 after 26 years. During retirement she worked for H&R Block. Her friends and family will remember her zest for life, her love of storytelling and her enjoyment of bowling, golf and her love for her dogs. She often helped family members and friends and gave support whenever needed. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jerry, Dan and Jon; and sister, Wanda.
