Johnny R. Waters, 69, of Marshall, MO, died Thursday, March 19, 2020.
Due to the current CDC guidelines for public gatherings, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to family choice.
He is survived by his mother, Martha Wykoff Perrin, three children: J.L. Waters (Sasha Sullivan) of Marshall, Stephanie Newman (Rob) of Slater and Johnna O’Bryan (Wayne) of Marshall; nine grandchildren: Brock, Karla, Chasity, Charlie, Christopher, Allison, Amanda, Jaya and Atlas; several great-grandchildren; five siblings: Shirley Howard of Tampa Bay, FL, Debbra Dobbins of Slater, Roy Perrin of Springfield, Cortez “Corkey” Waters III of Missouri and Holly Speichert of Atlanta, GA; as well as other extended family.
In addition to his father, Cortez E. Waters and wife, Brenda Jean “B.J.” Arndt, Johnny was preceded in death by one sister, Nina Costello.
