He was veteran if the US Air Force where honorably served his country. He enjoyed collecting guns, Civil War memorabilia, and tinkering with electronics. Services will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday December 22, 2018 at Senter Funeral Home with Minister Mark Neaves officiating. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday December 22, 2018 at Senter Funeral Home. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. He is survived by his Wife of 42 years, Marilyn Bowen of Covington, TN, 3 Sons, Mark (Wendy Fulmer) Bowen of Drummons, TN, Shannon (Kelly) Bowen of Arlington, TN, Christopher (Lisa) Hellman of Covington, TN, 1 Daughter, Michelle Webb of Covington, TN, 11 grandchildren, host of nieces and nephews, 2 Uncles, Clyde (Sue) Bowen of Memphis, TN, Charles (Peggy) Bowen of Fulton, Gary (Eva) Lenfest of Germantown, TN. He was preceded in death by his Son, Jeremy Bowen, his parents, 1 Brother, Larry Bowen, and his Grandparents, Cortis and Vessie Bowen.
