He moved to Sinton in 1910 from Port La Vaca and was employed as an automobile salesman. He was the owner and operator of Wilson Nursery in Sinton for many years before retiring. His hobby was electronics and he built the first crystal radio receiving set in Sinton. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Edith Wilson and Frank Wilson, Jr., both of Sinton; two daughters, Mrs. L. T. Kolb Jr. of Portland and Mrs. W. A. Waddell of Kerrville; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Ritchea-Gonzales Chapel. Interment will follow in Sinton Cemetery. Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home--Sinton.
