She was born in a logging camp on Red Hill in Douglas County on May 31, 1928 to Hal and Lovera (Hoodenpyle) Clester.
She married Richard Barrett in April 1946. He died in 1982. She married Earl Sandy Hagen in 1992. He died in 1993.
Mom loved oil painting, cooking for her family, and gardening. She would always say about gardening "I've never met a flower I didn't like".
She is survived by her two sons: Thomas N. Barrett, DMD (Susan); and Terry M. Barrett (Linda); six grandchildren: Ryan, Kevin (Rachelle), Richard (Rebecca), Georgie, TJ (her favorite grandson as he always told her), and Stephen; and two great-grandchildren: Maya and Sam. She had many special people in her life, including Sandy Mills- Cupp.
We all loved her and miss her very much.
