Mary is my 3 great aunt (twice) as my 3rd great grandfather was her brother, and as her husband John F Cramer was the brother to my 3 great grandmother. (4 McKinney siblings married 4 Cramer Siblings) Her birthday is Birth 8 January 1809, she was born in in Mifflin, Pennsylvania,
Her obit is:
Mary Elizabeth Cramer. -- This aged lady, the wife of John F. Cramer, died in Altoona, last Sunday afternoon, at 45 minutes past 3 o'clock. She was aged 76 years, 7 months and 17 days. Her maiden name was McKinney and her native place, Mifflin county. She was united in marriage with John F. Cramer, May 6th, 1830. They had ten children, six of whom are still living. John W., the oldest son, was accidentally killed in the Altoona yard some years ago. Amos A., was a soldier in the 110th P.V. regiment, was wounded at the battle of Chancellorsville, May 3d, 1863, and died in Georgetown hospital July 10th of same year. Those who survive their mother, are George W., who resides in Albion, Iowa; James C., of Johnstown; B. F., a well known citizen of Tyrone; Mrs. Caroline Burkett, residing in Altoona; Mrs. Sarah J. Gates, now in Covington, Kentucky, and Mrs. Mary E. Myers, the youngest of the family, and whose home is in Altoona. John F. Cramer, with his family, located in Tyrone during the year 1852 and remained here until 1871, when he removed to Altoona.
