Mr. Arnold Marvin “The Sheriff” Larisey, age 59, died Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah.

He was born June 1, 1960 in Jenkins County and had lived in Jenkins County most of his life. He had worked as an Orderly, Physical Therapist, and Maintenance person at Pruitt Bethany and retired from the Street Department for the City of Millen, and he was a member of the Long Branch Church of God.

Visitation will be 2:00 p. m., Friday, March 6, 2020 at Long Branch Church of God followed by the funeral at 3:00 p. m. with the Rev. Heath Wingard officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Faye Larisey; a brother, William F. Larisey; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Active Pallbearers will be Walton Cox, Austin McGee, Phillip Larisey, Jacob Yarbrough, Amelia McGee, David Mons, Johnny Brown, and Jimmy Lanier.
