William Isaac Bentley, 57, 8067 Castleton Road, Castleton, died Thursday at work as a machinist at Odin Corp, Castleton.

A former resident of Hamilton County for 18 years, the deceased was a native of Anderson County, Ky.

He was the first chief of the Castleton Volunteer Fire Dept and a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge.

Survivors include the widow, Helen Martin Bentley; three daughters, Patricia McDaniel, Greenwood; Cindi Norman, Indianapolis; Becky Johnson, Greenville, SC, a son, Fred Bentley at home; eight sisters, Beulah Millikan, Nora White, Nancy Williams, Catherine Woods, Ruth Lakin, Lorene Newby, Adelee Dunn, all of Noblesville; Edna Priest, Indianapolis; four brothers, Chester, Hubert and Wallace Bentley, all of Noblesville; Bob Bentley, Anderson.

Services will be Sunday at 1:30 pm at Flanner and Mortuary with burial to be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery
