Mrs. Florence Hillyard, 71 years old, a former resident of St. Joseph, died yesterday at her home in Los Angeles, Cal. She was the widow of C. E. Hillyard. She is survived by a son, Dr. L. V. Hillyard; a brother, A. J. Hopkins, St. Joseph, and a sister, Mrs. W. L. Diehl, St. Joseph. Burial will be Friday or Saturday at Englewood Cemetery, Los Angeles.
