William B. Cottle , age 81, of Summerville, SC, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014. Born November 21, 1932, he was the son of the late Owen Cottle and the late Mary Cottle. William retired from the United States Navy as a senior chief petty officer. He was a scratch golfer and an avid fisherman. He never met a stranger. His family will remember him as a charming, kind, loving, and family-oriented man. Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, Chuck Cottle.
