Charles Curtis Olmsted, 93, of Vancouver, WA, passed away on May 14, 2015. He was born to Fred and Zelle Olmsted of Neligh, NE on Dec. 19, 1921 and moved to the Pacific Northwest around 1944.
Charles married Lorraine Bony in Yamhill, OR in 1947.
He was a carpenter, plumber, and pipe fitter, and was proud to have worked on the Alaska Pipeline.
Charles is survived by his second wife, Lois Olmsted; son, Lee Olmsted (Diane); daughters, Cheryl Robertson (Joe) and Wendy Maguire (Jeff); seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lorraine; and great-grandson, Colin Campbell.
His service will be held on Tues., May 26th, 2015, 11:00 a.m., at Columbia Christian Church, 907 NW 99th St., Vancouver, WA 98665.
