DEATH AMID JOY
MORRIS S. COHEE EXPIRED AT COUNTY HOSPITAL,
WHILE PEACE EXCITEMENT WAS AT ITS HEIGHT HERE
While the peace celebration in this city is not held wholly responsible for the death of Morris S. Cohee, 72 years old, of Grammer, who died in the county hospital at 7 o'clock last evening, it is believed his death was hastened by the excitement caused by the news that the war had ended.

Mr. Cohee was very weak from lung affliction and he was removed from his home at Grammer in an ambulance to the hospital here, arriving n this city, when the excitement over he peace report was at its height.

Mr. Cohee was a native of Ohio, but he spent most of his life in Rock Creek township. For several years prior to his death he was an undertaker at Grammer, but in recent years was not active in the business. His wife died about a year ago. Mr. Cohee was a member of the Grammer Presbyterian church, and was a highly esteemed citizen of the community in which he lived. He is survived by a son, Claude Cohee, who, is in France and a niece, Mrs. Wilbur Hopkins, of near Hope.

Funeral services will be held from the Grammer Presbyterian church at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Russel Quinn. Mr. Cohee was a member of the order of Masons and a lodge of the order will have charge of the funeral.
