Mrs Emma Grove, wife of Dr Grove, residing at Spring Grove, died last Saturday at the age of 60. The body of the deceased lady was buried in the parish churchyard on Wednesday, Messrs Shrubsole, of Kingstone, having charge of the funeral. By the poor, Mrs Grove will be much missed, for she was good and benevolent. (Surrey Comet, 27 Dec 1873, p5)
