Stella Latrell Shepherd

Stella Latrell Shepherd, 97, of Panama City, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020. She was born April 15, 1922 in Sylvester, Ga. She was a retired office manager for Bay Moving Company. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Shepherd; her parents, Moses Aaron& Lillie Mae Shiver and eight siblings. She is survived by two daughters, Frankie Willoughby (Bob), Betty Steffers (Bobby); four grandchildren, Robin Peck, Bob Willoughby (Judy), Bill Willoughby (Melissa), Charlene Ellis (Sean); eight great grandchildren, Katie Werts (Jason), Cody Willoughby (Shea), Amy Willoughby, Kay Butts, Grant Willoughby, Ashlyn Ellis, Alexis Ellis (Robie Moore), Kody Ellis; great great granddaughter, Ellie Willoughby; a much loved handpicked sister, Gracie Howes and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 12 noon in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Michael Bryan officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 a.m.-12 noon prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be her grandsons.
