Rev. Cecil Glenn Buff, 90, of Lawndale, NC, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at his home.
Born in Burke County, NC, on September 15, 1929, the son of the late Bryan Carl Buff (1901–1964) and Mary Evelena Martin Buff (1906–1978).
A retired Baptist minister serving at Corinth Baptist Church, was Pastor Emertius of Norman's Grove Baptist Church, was a member of Lawndale Baptist Church, and served in the US Marine Corps.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Pauline "Polly" Wright Buff; son, Wade Buff; and his fur baby, Midnight.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Pvt. Hal Vernon Buff and Carl Edward Buff.
The family received friends from 10:00 - 11:45 am, Saturday, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.
