She resided in Florida for 35 years and lived in Australia the last eight years.
She was a retired employee of Martin Shirt Co, Shenandoah, and while in Shenandoah, she was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Franks, and her second husband, John Lapinsky.
Surviving are a son, Carl Robert Franks, Sydney, Australia; a sister, Ella Donahue, Shenandoah; two nieces, Dorothy Ebener and Pat Donahue.
