Quentin Dillinger age 79 of Porter died on February 17, 2020.

He was born on August 22, 1940 to Lawrence and Anna Dillinger (O'Connor) in Laporte, Indiana. He attended school at Chesterton High School. Quentin worked as a Tool Room Attendant for NIPSCO. He was married to Gayle Rentschler for 43 years. Quentin and Gayle lived in Porter, IN.

Quentin is survived by his brother-in-law, Carl Rentschler, friend, E. Paul Pineda, and friend, Marlene Huffman. He was preceded in death by his wife and triplet sons.

Quentin had served as a member of the 4th of July Committee, was the Jr. Governor and Trustee of Chesterton Moose Lodge #1623, Officer in the Potawatomi Moose Legion #94, President of Northern Indiana Council of Higher Degrees and Officer in the Moose Fellowship and Legion, Member of Lions Club of NW Indiana - Porter County, and Member of Knights of Columbus.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 27, 2020, 9:00 am - 10:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Chesterton, IN.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020, 10:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Chesterton, IN, with Father Jon Plavcan, officiating.

Burial will take place in the Chesterton Cemetery following Funeral Mass.
