Officiating was to be the Rev. Charles Littleton, pastor of Central Baptist Church of Monroe, with burial scheduled for 4 p.m. in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery near Ringgold.
Mr. Anderson, a retired used car dealer, moved to Monroe about 10 years ago. He was a native of Ringgold and a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his widow; four daughters, Mrs. Eunice A. Washburn and Mrs. Octave Elkins, both of Shreveport, Mrs. R. C. Thomas of San Antonio, Tex., and Miss Mae Alice Anderson of Monroe; two sons, Roy and Ray Anderson, both of Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. T. C. Graham of Shreveport and Mrs. Fred Ball of Lake Charles, 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be John Robert Kennington, Clark Anderson, Rodger Anderson, Roy Martin Anderson, Tommy Thomas and Royal H. Washburn.
