He is survived by his daughter Linda (Randy) Underwood of Springfield; son Danny Lee Hunning; a sister Bertha Mae (nee Hunning) Alderson; and 7 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by wives Shirley Mae (nee Ogle) Hunning, Florence (nee Diamond) Wulfert Hunning, and Genevieve (nee Jones) Nichols Hunning; and sisters Ina (the late Lee) Glock, and Dorothy (George) Gass.
He was a Marine Corps Veteran of the Korean War; a retired machinist from Owens-Illinois Plastic Products; and a member, former trustee and Sunday school teacher at Geyer Road Baptist Church in Kirkwood, Missouri.
