The funeral of Mrs. Elizabeth Haslam Bennett Brim, 79, former resident of Salt Lake City, will be conducted Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the Joseph William Taylor Mortuary, 125 North Main Street, by Bishop Charles Wright of the Sixteenth L.D.S. ward. Burial will be in City Cemetery.

Mrs. Brim died June 27 at the residence of a daughter, Mrs. Ida B. Colbin, Payette, Idaho.

She was born September 14, 1857, in Salt Lake City to John S. and Martha Hamer Haslam. Mrs. Brim was the widow of George Bennett, former Unitah County Sheriff, who died in 1914, and Frank Brim, a farmer of Burley, Idaho. She resided in Idaho the past 17 years and was active in L.D.S. church and Relief Society work in Burley.

Surviving are a son, W.G. Bennett, Paul, Idaho; a daughter Mrs. Colbin; a brother, James K. Haslam, and a sister, Martha Jane Haslam, Salt Lake City, and six grandchildren
