William Clyde "Junior" Aaron, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, February 13, 2020.
Mr. Williams was a retired supervisor from Murray Ohio and a retired farmer. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church for 62 years. He was a member of Ethridge Lodge No. 777 for 60 plus years, a Past Master, also a 32nd Degree Mason and Shriner. Junior was a member of VFW Post 1618 and charter member with the Order of the Eastern Star, Ethridge Chapter #257. Mr. Aaron served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Perry Aaron; his parents, Hester J. and Mellisa Mae Rush Aaron; brothers, Clifford Aaron and Raymond Aaron; sister, Katie June Aaron; granddaughters, Melissa Ann Aaron and Emily Suzanne Aaron.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Macedonia Baptist Church at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 16, 2020 with a Masonic Service to follow. Mr. Aaron will lie in state at the church from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with full military honors.
