1944 - 2020
Carolyn was born April 12, 1944, in Provo, Utah, to Cecil Smith Brimhall and Ivie Hartley Brimhall, their youngest and only daughter with three older brothers. On June 2, 1965, after dating for 10 years, Carolyn married Bernard Lynn Walker for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. Carolyn was a spiritual giant to all who knew her. She became a beautiful and extraordinary daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was always loving, compassionate, giving, selfless, and rendering service throughout her entire life. She cherished the opportunities to bring warmth, comfort, peace, and smiles to all. Some of her cherished memories included playing Secret Santa and providing service in the temple. Carolyn Elaine Brimhall Walker was called home Friday, February 7, 2020, from her earthly life as a faithful and spiritual member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was reunited with her loved ones who have passed on before at the age of 75.
Survived By: Five of her six children: Launie Hone, David (Marisol) Walker, Jennifer (Mike) Maughan, Paulette (James) Inman, Jodie (Will) Jolley; one brother, Verl; 19 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Preceded In Death By: Her beloved husband, Lynn; her son, Gene; her grandson, Hayden; her parents; and other loved ones who have long awaited her return.
