Grandson of William Lawson Locklin Sr & Nancy Mercer and John Fokes Sr & Abagail McLennan.
* Regarding Infant listed born to William and Prescilla between 1880-1900. In the 1900 Census enumeration for Prescilla, she is shown to have had 7 children, 7 living, but in the 1910 Census she is shown to have had 10 children, all 10 living. I have only been able to account for 9 children, through census records and death records for William and Prescilla; therefore, I have included an infant that was possibly born after 1880 but died before the 1900 census. To my knowledge, there is not a known marked burial for this child in the Locklin cemetery.

H. Locklin, of San Gabriel, died at his home last Friday night. He was a member of the San Gabriel lodge and was insured for $2,000 in that order.
