DEANO Carolyn B. Deano passed away on Friday, July 27, 2007 at the age of 69. She was the beloved wife of Leon A. Deano Jr. for over 53 years. Loving mother of Leon A. Deano III (husband of Tammy), William C. Deano, George M. Deano, Rickie P. Deano (husband of Robin) and Tammy D. Melerine (wife of Don). Daughter of the late Iona Troge LaPrime and George LaPrime. Sister of Dorothy DeLaune. She is also survived and fondly remembered by her grandchildren Troy, Travis, Kaison, Brittany, Barrett, Rickie Jr., Amber Deano, Brandie Harris, Dillon Melerine along with 3 great grandchildren. Mrs. Deano was a proud member of the St. Bernard Jubilee Club. Her love for shopping, bingo and jewelry shows are some of the things that remind us that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories. She will be sadly missed by us all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Tuesday, July 31st, 2007 from 9:00AM 2:00PM. A Funeral Mass will begin at 2:00PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in memory of Carolyn to the St. Bernard Council on Aging at 504-278-7335.
