Mrs. Bailey was a retired supervisor with Elixiir Industries and was a member of Reedy Branch Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Marvin L. Bailey and a son, Tony Bailey.
Survivors include two daughters, Cindy Berry (Dickie) of Orangeburg, S.C. and Lisa Bailey of Douglas, GA; son, John Mark Bailey (Paige) of Jacksonville, FL; daughter-in-law, “Bunkie” Bailey of Adel, GA; several nieces and nephews; Peanut & Dottie, her beloved fur babies.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 2:00pm at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Den Weniger officiating. Thr interment followed at Douglas City Cemetery.
Pallbearers were John Bailey, Tommy Bailey, Derek Bailey, Mathew Bailey, Richard Spivey, Andy Spivey and David Weeks.
Sims Funeral Home, Douglas, GA was in charge of arrangements.
