Obituary for Rosa Bosquez Vasquez
Rosa Bosquez Vasquez, 90, gracefully passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at her home in Humble Texas. She was born in Del Rio, Texas January 7, 1927 to Jesus Bosquez and Socorro Garza Del Bosquez. She re¬sided in Del Rio until her eighties and worked at numerous retail businesses in Del Rio. Although she managed to raise 6 children, she still made time to soak her feet in the surf of both the Pacific and At¬lantic oceans. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Alfonso T. Vasquez and her son Joseph R. Vasquez. She is survived in loving memory by her children George Vasquez and wife Julie of Klawok, AK James Vasquez and wife Rosario of Tivoli, TX , Mark Vasquez and wife Rose of Del Rio TX, Cristine Osborne and husband Stan of Humble, TX , Benard Vasquez and wife Helena of La Pryor, TX, as well as numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Visitations will be on Friday, 6-9:00P.M, June 2, 2017 at G. W. Cox Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, 2:00P.M, June 3, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church followed with interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Pallbearers are Mark Ryan Osborne, Christopher Osborne, Sam Velasquez Jr., Moises Q. Vasquez, Sebastian Vasquez, Mark Vasquez Jr., Andre Jimenez and Roman Jimenez. Funeral arrangements with G. W.
