The family suggests memorial contributions to Glendale Methodist Church, Glendale, TX and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Ellora Faye Wells, age 83, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020 in her home. Graveside Services will be Saturday, February 8, 2020 3 PM at Carl Junction Cemetery, Carl Junction, MO. The family suggests memorial contributions to Glendale Methodist Church, Glendale, TX and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Ellora Faye Wells 83 passed away early Wednesday morning February 5, 2020, to be with her Lord and Savior at her home in Clintion Mo. She was born on 12/16/1936 in Carthage, MO to Hugh and Faye Garrison. She graduated from Alba High school in 1954.

Ellora was married to Lynn Boyer 11/22/1954 together they had four children Brenda, Mark, Terry, and Rhenea. They lived in Carl Junction Mo before moving to Osceola; eventually that union ended. Ellora returned to Carl Junction to be close to her parents.
While living Carl Junction and working as a real-estate agent/broker in Joplin she met and married Max Wells(son Jason), March 9, 1979; who loved and cared for her until her final day.

Max and Ellora pastored church in Joplin until accepting a position in Onoalaska Tx in 1988 and then Huston TX eventually moving to Trinity Texas where they lived until 2018. As Ellora’s health declined they moved to Clinton Mo to be closer to family.
Ellora always played the piano at church, and loved to attend weekly “singings” at church. She also loved to do stained glass and cake decorating.

Ellora was proceeded in death by her parents and her brother Lilburn.

She is survived by her husband, Max. Her daughters Brenda (Dave) Porter, Clinton; Rhenea (Chad) Lyle, Oak Grove. Her sons Mark Boyer, Independence; Terry (Kelle) Boyer, Blue Springs; Jason Wells, Joplin. She has 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
