Funeral of Mrs. D. D. Deskins. (sic)

Funeral services for Mrs. Dudley D. Deskins, 901 Garfield, who died Sunday noon in St. Mary's hospital, were held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock in the Sacred Heart church. Rev. Father Prosper, pastor of the church conducted the services. The pallbearers were relatives of Mrs. Deskins from Overbrook. Interment was made in Sacred Heart
cemetery.

Mrs. Hattie Deskins.

Mrs. Hattie Deskins, whose funeral services were held Tuesday morning at Sacred Heart church, was born in Overbrook, in 1878. She is survived by her husband, Dudley Deskins, and four children: Lloyd, Hardin, Irene and Floyd, all of 901 Garfield, Emporia; four sisters, Mrs. Georgia Vanhaus, Mrs. Jennie Falls, Mrs. Emma Martin, and Mrs. Frances Guerdon, all of Overbrook.

The pallbearers at the funeral were nephews of Mrs. Deskins, and included: George Falls, Chase Falls, Frank Frazier, John Martin, Arlo Vanhaus and Audrey Martin, all of Overbrook
