Pomaria - Capt. George S. Swygert died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W. W. Berly, at Pomaria, Tuesday morning. He resided in the Dutch Fork section of Lexington county all his life except for the past three years spent in Pomaria. He is survived by his wife, one daughter and two sons. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Blue church, of which he was a life long member, and will be conducted by the Masonic fraternity. © The State, Columbia, SC, 6 Dec 1916
