Rosario "Roy" Michael Murello

Rosario "Roy" Michael Murello, 84, died Friday, Jan. 30, 1998, at his residence in Greenwood.

He was born May 14, 1913, in Indianapolis. His parents were Anthony and Emma (Bradbury) Murello. He married Helen (Denk) Murello in 1935. She survives. Other survivors include a son, Tony Murello of Greenwood, a daughter, Judy Owen of Brownsburg; a sister, Rita Housel; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was a member of Local 135 in Indianapolis, Knights of Columbus Father Downey Council where he was a fourth degree and Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Churcch.

He was a Navy veteran.

A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Singleton and Herr Morturary. A rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
